CRPF (Center Reserve Police Force) has issued 819 Technical and Tradesman Constable Recruitment Notification. Statewise CRPF Constable Vacancies are as follows

4. Kerala: 61 posts
5. Maharashtra: 184 posts
6. Tamilnadu: 165 posts
Age Limit: 18 years to 23 years as on 01.08.2012
Educational Qualifications: Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board / University.
Technical Qualification: For post of Constable(Fitter), candidates must have passed Motor Vehicle Fitter Course (Automobiles)/Motor Mechanic Course from ITI or any other recognized institutions and should have one year experience.However, wards of CRPF personnel who have undergone training in ITIs run by CRPF are exempted from one year practical experience.
ii) For post of CT(Driver), candidates should possess “Transport Vehicle” driving license and pass the
driving test at the time of recruitment. DRIVING LICENSES POSSESSED BY THE CANDIDATES
SHOULD BE IN CONFORMITY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF MOTOR VEHICLES ACT, 1988.
For post of CT(Bugler/ Tailor/ Cobler/ Carpenter/Gardener/Painter/ Pipe Band/ Brass Band/ Cook/ Water Carrier/Safai Karmachari / Barber/ Washer man/Woman & Hair Dresser), candidates should be having good working knowledge of trade in which he/she wishes to be enlisted.
iv) Candidates should qualify trade test at the time of recruitment process.
The Pay Scale for the above post(s) is Pay Band-1 Rs. 5200 – 20,200 with Grade Pay Rs. 2,000/-.
Place of duty: Candidates selected for appointment are liable to serve any where within as well as outside the Territory of India.
